This conversion project focused on turning a basic carport into a fully enclosed, weather-protected garage. The process began with precise groundworks, including cutting drainage channels into the existing concrete and installing a coil pipe system to divert water away from the new structure.

We erected custom timber framing for the walls and ceiling, providing the foundation for a new under-roof storage area. The exterior was sheathed and finished with repurposed boards for sustainability and visual continuity. Featuring an automated door system and on-site assembled entry points, this project demonstrates our team's ability to handle everything from heavy demolition to fine finishing.
