What started as a simple ceiling leak in this 1980s plaster-clad home revealed a much deeper story. Upon inspection and removal of the GIB, we identified significant moisture damage to the internal timber framing. Our team acted quickly to replace the compromised structures and implement high-standard waterproofing across the decks to prevent future issues. To round out the restoration, we refurbished the original driveway, ensuring the home is now both structurally sound and visually refreshed.
