The St Heliers Precision Project: High-Performance Joinery Without Facade Damage

Replacing windows in a plaster-clad home is a high-stakes task. In this St Heliers project, our primary challenge was to replace 19 outdated aluminum units with high-performance European uPVC without compromising the existing exterior facade.

Through a "surgical" removal and installation process, we successfully upgraded the home’s thermal envelope while keeping the exterior plaster perfectly intact. Inside, we solved complex framing gaps using custom-fit false architraves and PVC trims, fabricated on-site for a seamless transition. The result is a home that enjoys modern double-glazing and toughened safety glass with zero disruption to its original architectural skin.
