Rothesay Bay Refresh: Modern Living Meets Coastal Durability

For this 2-bedroom property, our mission was two-fold: structural integrity and contemporary design. We began by reinforcing the trusses and ceiling structures to support a new, open-plan layout.

The exterior was fully renewed with high-performance cladding, fascia, and double-glazed joinery to ensure absolute weather-tightness. Inside, no detail was overlooked—from full insulation and GIB installation to a complete bathroom fit-out and kitchen appliance integration. This project demonstrates our ability to manage every facet of a renovation, from structural engineering to the final finishing lines.
